We will be with you every step of the way, and to advise you on everything from budget development and venue scouting, to on-site art direction and guest experience. We will work with you to design a day that exudes charm and cultivates a sense of intimacy no matter what the guest count. From linens and blooms, to the cocktails and lighting, we will collaborate with you on a personalized design aesthetic. Guests will leave not only feeling taken care of, but that your day was a true reflection of who you are as a couple.
Whether it's an intimate celebration for two or a party for 4,000, an in-person event, or virtual, Mary Guido Atelier will help you celebrate in style.
We will take the vision that you and your fiancé(e) have created and execute it the day-of.
We will set up monthly check-ins beginning 90 days in advance of your big day to make sure that everything is on track. One month in advance, we will take over all of your vendor communication so you can focus on the excitement. Our team will also manage your ceremony rehearsal and be the main point of contact for all of the on-site vendors. You’ll be able to dance the night away while we take care of the details, even the ones you didn’t know you needed.
From custom vows to reception toasts, we are here to help put your love story into words that will set the framework for the event and ultimately shape the guest experience. We will work with you to learn your story and craft a heartfelt speech that is authentically you. If you have started writing but are struggling with the editing process, we are also here to offer guidance and develop your speech into something that you are excited to deliver. Your words will have guests reaching for their tissues, not their phones.
We will share protocol advice so that you can walk into any situation with confidence. Although protocol is rooted in tradition, it’s ultimately designed to make the host and guests more comfortable so that business is smooth and efficient. We advise corporate clients and individuals on topics including gift procurement, strategic networking, seating arrangements, intercultural communication, and forms of address.
“My husband and I are very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Mary Guido and her team when planning our wedding. Planning such a large event for ourselves was clearly outside of our comfort zone, but Mary and company quickly put us at ease with their expertise, professionalism, and strong critical thinking skills. They asked the important questions we hadn't even thought of, and were the seamless link between the venue staff, caterers, photographer, DJ, and our family and guests. They took so many worries and details off our plates. We couldn't have enjoyed such a wonderful day without Mary, her team, and their many contributions.”
Anne, Sister of the Bride and Maid of Honor
“Mary's professionalism and calm demeanor were an asset to our family the day of the wedding. Having Mary to assist with the day of coordination, allowed my family to enjoy the special moments of the day without worrying about logistics and last minute changes. Her event planning expertise allowed her to identify potential problems and implement immediate solutions throughout the day. We are so thankful for Mary and highly recommend her services to anyone.”
Ray, Father of the Bride
“Mary’s talents as an event planner and speechwriter were appreciated while planning and celebrating our daughter’s wedding. Her speechwriting expertise was especially helpful as I finalized my father of the bride toast. Mary carefully edited my speech and provided recommendations to improve the flow, while maintaining the intent and heartfelt content. On the day of the wedding, Mary was a reassuring presence for a nervous dad!"
